WHAT IS THE COST TO BOOK AN ESCAPE ROOM?

The cost for adults (18 and up) is $35 per person. Children ages 6–17 are $31.99 per person. We also offer a special rate of $29.99 for police, fire, military, and teachers (valid ID required).

For large groups, corporate events, team building activities, and birthday parties, we offer group discounts. Please call or email us to inquire about availability and special rates.

We are conveniently located off of Highway 78 in Loganville in the office park behind Aldi and Legacy Beverage at 3735 Harrison Road Suite 500 Loganville, GA 30052.

You are only ‘locked’ in until you solve the clues to escape. The room won’t actually be locked and you may leave to use the restroom or in the case of an emergency at any time.  However, we do recommend that you use the restroom prior to beginning the game

Yes.  We do allow walk-in appointments on weekends but recommend reservations.  If you walk in on the weekend and the room is booked for that time we will book you in the next available time slot.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your booking.  This gives you time to use the restroom and sign the waiver if you haven’t already done so online. If you arrive after the group has already started the game then you are not able to join them unless your group has booked the entire room.  We do not want to interrupt the escape room experience for others if you are late.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, we do offer flexible options if your plans change:

  • Reschedule with Notice: Notify us at least 48 hours before your booking, and we’ll gladly move your reservation to another available date/time.

  • Booking Insurance ($10): Add insurance when booking and enjoy the freedom to reschedule your game up to 1 hour before your start time—at no extra cost.

  • No Insurance: If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours in advance without insurance, a $20 rescheduling fee applies.

We recommend at least two people for our Loganville escape rooms.  There’s a maximum of 8-10 people in a room, depending upon which room you have booked.

No — all of our escape rooms are private bookings. When you reserve a room, it’s just for you and your group, so you’ll never be paired with strangers. This way, you get the best possible experience, fully focused on your team’s adventure.

Yes. There are shelves/cubbies in the room with you where you can place your belongings and keep an eye on them.

One of our staff is watching the room via video and is available to give hints along the way if the entire group agrees upon wanting to receive a hint

While we are family-friendly entertainment, we require that anyone 13 and under be accompanied by an adult. All children under the age of 18 must have a parent sign the waiver prior to participating. Our children’s room is recommended for kids ages 6-10 but we do not allow any children from 0-4 in the rooms at any time.  All other rooms besides the children’s room are recommended for kids 12 and up but we will allow children eight and over to participate with parent/guardian accompaniment.

We do use sound and visual effects in each room and some of the themes of the room can be disturbing/scary in story line and props but no actors or people jump out at you during your experience.  At least not yet…

No. We require that you do not use your cell phone in any rooms.  If you have an emergency you have to step out of the room to answer/make a phone call.  If people take pictures of the rooms it will ruin the experience for future guests and you are on video while you are in the room.  If we see you taking pictures you will be asked to leave without a refund. However, we are happy to take pictures of your group on your cell phone before or after your experience and we encourage you to post those on any social media sites that you desire!! After all, our customers are our business and we appreciate you sharing if you had a great experience.

You can expect to have fun and be challenged! The rooms are designed to immerse you fully in the experience and may require bending, reaching and stepping over things to get to another room, challenge. We expect the full experience to last about an hour and a half. This includes arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled start time and the 60 minutes you have inside the room to escape. Once your experience has ended, a staff member meets with the group, discusses your progress, and answers any questions you may have from the room.

Nothing but a good attitude and excitement about completing one of our escape games! However, we do recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and you may be required to bend, reach and step over or through objects while solving the game.

Yes!  Contact us in advance, and we can arrange for a special ‘discovery’ at the end of the game!

Yes!  If you have a special event you are celebrating, we can accommodate your group.  Even if it is a large group, we can break your party up into different escape games.  We can even provide space for you to celebrate, with advanced notice.
